TIS Thermal Insulation Services provide Thermal Insulation, Cryogenic Insulation and Acoustic Insulation / Soundproofing Services.

Thermal Insulation Services, TIS was formed in 1984 in Lowestoft in the South of England where the majority of our work was supplying fabricated sheet metalwork for Duffy McGovern - Offshore Services Group. We have also completed insulation contracts for Christian Salvesen Foods, Ind Coope (brewery) and Co-op canning factory. While in Lowestoft we went from strength to strength before moving our operation to Hull.

Since then we have continued to expand and have been awarded major contracts from companies such as Reckitt Benckiser, Northern Foods, Alstom Power Generation (ABB Alstom), Akzo Nobel, Star Refrigeration, The Ministry of Defence (Leconfield), British Gas (Easington) and Carlsberg Tetley to name but a few.

Over the past six years we have expanded our services to the powergeneration sector. The experience gained within this area has enabled us, to achieve on-going contracts with companies such as Alstom Power Generation Limited.
